- Keep your job history/experience to the last 10 years.
- List all experience, roles and gaps (eg. Extended holidays, sickness, sabbaticals, etc) to show a comprehensive view of your experience.
- Not indicating why you have a gap in your resume may make the Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager suspicious. If you don’t have anything to hide, state it clearly.
